Hi, I’m Josh!
I’m brand spanking new to the ALC community, but I’ve been stalking y’all for about a year now. In my decade long evolution as a facilitator for self-directed learners I’ve been focusing on helping improve students’ executive functioning skills, including planning and breaking larger goals into smaller ones, and holding themselves accountable to their own goals. (BTW, this works better with older learners). I was looking for new models for this and ran across ALC and was intrigued by the simplicity, power, and flexibility of the planning and management systems.

I’ve been playing with the free tools from the Beta Startup kit for a year now and I’m ecstatic to finally be a part of the movement! I look forward to learning from each of you and sharing my own experiences in hopes some of them might be of value to you. Happy Holidays to each of you, and here’s to new relationships!
