Tell us a bit about your story and where you are in your process of starting a self-directed learning community.

We are a core group if parents who attended ALC Summer at Rock Tree Sky in Ojai. We were formerly part of another ALC and have now branched off to firm our own.

Why do you want to be an ALC Member?

We feel aligned with the self directed aspects of the ALC model as well as the tools that help give children equal voices.

Which aspect(s) of ALC membership are most appealing to you and what kind of support do you desire/need?

The support we have received so far has been amazing. We value that the organization as a whole and all the people involved really live the values and are so willing to share information and offer guidance.
